Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at cs@thedessertstation.com.

When making a purchase directly from thedessertstation.com, you are eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee (excluding processing and handling charges). Any purchase made directly from our website (www.thedessertstation.com), in the event our product is defective and/or you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product with your proof of purchase (i.e.: receipt, Bill of Sale, UPC code, photo’s of the product, plus the production date code that is stamped on the product)  and reason of returning within 30 days from receipt of the package to receive your refund for the product(s) excluding processing and handling charges.If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days from receiving it and receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding any original processing and handling fees). Please note that we offer refunds but do not provide product exchanges.

 

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Return the item within 30 days of receiving it, including the original receipt and a signed letter with your full name, telephone number, address, and reason for the return.
  2. Contact our customer service center at cs@thedessertstation.com to request a location for your return.

Ship your returned item to the address provided.

Please be aware of the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Merchandise that has been excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Products showing signs of malicious physical damage are not covered by this policy.

Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable, and you are responsible for any expenses related to shipping machines and/or parts.

It's important to note that this policy is separate from the manufacturer's warranty, which remains valid even after the 30-day return period has elapsed.
