If you have an issue with your order, please contact our customer service department via chat between Monday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern US.  We will do our best to respond within 24 hours or on the next business day.

What is your return policy?

All purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 90 days of receipt of the product.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm that we have received it and to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, we will process it immediately and apply the credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-7 business days. 

The exact time it takes for the refund to appear on your account depends on your bank's policies.
